Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing: Here at Eden & Co (www.proudlyeden.com), we’re dedicated to swiftly processing and dispatching your orders. Each and every Eden & Co product is meticulously crafted by hand. As this is delicate and time-consuming process, we ask to please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and manufacturing before we send out your items.

In most cases we will be able to process your order within 24 hours but products that have any customer-specific attributes, such as size, length, colour or personalisation need to be manufactured first. Manufacturing will take 7 working days at most, except for products included in subparagraph (8).

2. Shipping Methods: We offer dependable shipping options to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method.

3. Shipping Rates: For orders within South Africa, we are thrilled to provide FREE SHIPPING. This applies to all orders shipped within the country. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout on our global website, www.global.proudlyeden.com

Eden Bespoke Jewellery orders ship free via standard courier delivery in SA. Should insurance be required, additional charges will apply. We will inform the customer prior to shipping if insured shipping is advisable and what the costs would be.

4. Delivery Time:

Our trusted domestic carrier, The Courier Guy, facilitates delivery with a typical duration of 1-5 business days in South Africa. The actual delivery time varies based on the customer’s location within South Africa.

Eden Bespoke Jewellery orders may take up to 20 working days to complete.

International delivery takes between 5 and 10 working days, depending on the customer’s location.

5. Order Tracking: Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. This way, you can easily monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. International Shipping: For our international customers, please get in touch with us via email (info@proudlyeden.com) to discuss shipping options and arrangements.

7. Backorders: Some items, like FOOTWEAR, might be on backorder, with a lead time of 4-6 weeks. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we prepare these special items for you.

8. Personalised Jewellery and made-to-size products: If you’ve ordered personalised jewellery or made-to-size products such as rings, bracelets and necklaces, please allow an additional 5 working days for crafting. We take the time to ensure each piece is created with care and attention.

9. Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or other issues, we will contact you to obtain the correct address. Additional shipping fees may be applicable for re-sending.

10. Shipping Changes: If you need to modify your shipping address or method after placing an order, please contact us promptly. Changes can be accommodated if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

11. Holiday Shipping: During peak seasons and holidays, shipping times may experience slight extensions due to high demand. We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely receipt.

12. Lost or Damaged Items: Should your order arrive damaged or be lost in transit, please reach out to our support team. We are committed to resolving the issue and ensuring your satisfaction.

Returns and Exchanges Policy 

 

At EDEN & CO (www.proudlyeden.com), we are committed to providing you with the highest quality jewellery and footwear. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or fit perfectly, which is why we have established a straightforward Returns and Exchanges Policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return or exchange:

 

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

3. Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for arranging return shipping and covering the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was damaged or defective.
  • If you prefer, we are happy to arrange the courier service for your return. In such cases, a return shipping fee will be invoiced to the customer or deducted from the refund amount. This fee will be R120 if the collection address is in South Africa. International return fees will be quoted for when a return is logged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

 

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

 

5. Exchange Process:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow he return process set out in sub-paragraph (2) above.
  • Exchange requests are subject to availability. For this reason, an exchange is treated as a refund, and a new order will have to be placed for the new item.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@proudlyeden.com with photographs of the damaged item.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged.
