HOW IT WORKS:

• You will be redirected to PAY JUST NOW to complete the instant registration process;
• Once payment has been approved, your order will be processed;
• The FIRST payment will go off against your credit card at the time of ordering, the SECOND payment is due on the first day of the following month, and the THIRD payment is due on the first day of the month thereafter.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders delivered in South Africa.

Bespoke Jewellery orders are also shipped FREE via standard courier delivery. However, should you require insurance on your shipment, an additional shipping quote will be provided and additional charges may apply.

At Eden and Co® we try to process and ship all orders as soon as possible (within 1-2 working days). However, some products such as personalised jewellery, belts or suspenders may take slightly longer as they need to be manufactured and customised on order. Once an order has been processed and handed to our couriers, delivery normally takes between 1 and 5 working days, depending on your location.

Manufacturing times for personalised products are specialised on the particular product page.

Bespoke products such as engagement and wedding rings can take up to 20 working days to manufacture.

We use only the highest quality, hand selected leathers! All our products are made from 100% bovine leather.

We only use natural leather as the soles of our footwear, and we use genuine pig suede as lining in our footwear.

Our jewellery pieces are all handmade from sterling silver.

Although we try our best to ensure that the product you will receive looks exactly like the pictures on our website, please remember that leather and pearls are natural products. Therefore, little deviations in colour and small marks/scratches are part the authentic character of natural materials.

Bespoke Jewellery customers will receive a 3D render, which will have to be signed off before we begin manufacturing.

Leather goods:

Wipe with a clean cotton cloth once a month to remove dirt and dust. Treat the leather once in three months with an appropriate leather food. It may become a little darker after you have applied the leather food, but will become lighter again after a while. As leather is a natural product, it will last longer if properly looked after.

Jewellery:

Clean your jewellery with any good jewellery cleaner, warm water and a soft cloth. We have jewellery cleaner available which can be purchased via email at [email protected]
