Our Bespoke Jewellery pieces are made to order and take up to 20 working days to manufacture.
Delivery takes between 1 and 4 working days, depending on your location in South Africa.

Jewellery items can be cleaned using any jewellery cleaner, available from most supermarkets.
We also offer specialised cleaning services, which can be booked via email at [email protected]
Shipping cost:
Standard delivery to any address in South Africa is FREE. Upon completion of your Eden Bespoke order, we will contact you to confirm whether or not you’d like insured shipping. If insured shipping is required, a separate shipping quote will be provided.
For deliveries to any other country, kindly send us an email with the delivery address and we will gladly assist with a quote.
Warranty:
All our products come standard with a 2 year warranty.
If there’s any manufacturer’s defect we will repair or replace the product free of charge within 30 days of purchase.

Leather products should be brushed and cleaned with a soft brush to remove all dirt and dust. Take a soft microfibre or cotton cloth to apply leather food to the product.
