1. Order Placement:
• Place your order for the Fingerprint necklace.
• Await delivery of the moulding kit with detailed instructions via courier. This will take between two (2) and five (5) working days, depending on where you are based.
2. Moulding Process:
• Follow the instructions provided in the kit to mold the wax with your fingerprint.
3. Notify Us:
• Option 1: Send a WhatsApp message to our office at 0729095462.
• Option 2: Send an email to workshop@proudlyeden.com.
• Specify your order number and indicate that the moulds are ready for collection.
4. Mould Collection:
• Our competent team will arrange for the collection of the moulds from you.
• The collected moulds will be returned to us for further processing. It can take up to four (4) working days for the moulds to be delivered back to us.
5. Manufacturing:
• Upon receiving your moulds, we will proceed with the manufacturing process.
• Please note that manufacturing can take up to 10 working days.

Leather products:

Leather products should be brushed and cleaned with a soft brush to remove all dirt and dust. Take a soft microfibre or cotton cloth to apply leather food to the product.

Jewellery:

Jewellery items can be cleaned using any jewellery cleaner, available from most supermarkets.

Delivery to any address in South Africa is FREE.

For deliveries to any other country, kindly send us an email with the delivery address and we will gladly assist with a quote.

If there’s any manufacturer’s defect we will repair or replace the product free of charge within 30 days of purchase.
